Valley House Inc., provides sheltered living for male alcoholics and drug addicts who need a residential program that provides intermediate and transitional support to return the substance abuser to independent, effective living in the community.

Male adults (18 years or older) with a primary diagnosis of Substance Abuse. Individuals must be substance free, motivated and able to secure full time employment and comply with all House Rules. All clients are required to submit to a pre-admission interview and urinalysis testing.

Initial assessment, group and individual counseling, relapse prevention, family counseling, medical evaluations, employment assistance, individualized treatment planning, utilization of proven and accepted techniques of Alcoholics Anonymous and Narcotics Anonymous.
Clients must be accompanied by a staff member or senior resident when leaving the facility during their first month at Valley House. All clients are required to submit to random urinalysis testing, perform house chores daily, observe curfew, attend a minimum of 5 AA or NA meetings per week and attend all scheduled individual and group sessions as well as the weekly House meeting.
